Overview of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules under which bdtki operates and the obligations that apply to all registered players. These Terms apply to the website at bdtki.org and all services accessible through it, including live casino games, sports betting, slots, crash games, and any bonus or promotional offer made available by bdtki. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

bdtki reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of bdtki following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using bdtki and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to bdtki is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. bdtki performs age and identity verification checks as part of its KYC process. Players who cannot satisfy these requirements upon request will have their accounts suspended pending review or permanently closed.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bdtki or any affiliated business
• Hold only one registered account — multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts

Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account on bdtki. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdtki will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdtki support immediately and use the password reset function.

bdtki reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification; and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts pending KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by bdtki may result in account suspension.

Your account responsibilities include:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party under any circumstances
• Ensuring that all information provided to bdtki is accurate and kept up to date, including your registered mobile number
• Notifying bdtki support immediately if you become aware of any security breach, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity on your account
• Not allowing any other person to access or use your bdtki account, including family members residing in the same household

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bdtki supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100 for mobile wallet transactions. Deposits are processed in real time for bKash and Nagad and are typically credited to your bdtki account within seconds of a successful transfer. bdtki does not accept deposits from payment sources registered in names other than the account holder.

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment channel as the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. bdtki does not charge a fee on withdrawals — the full approved amount is transferred to your mobile wallet or bank account. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals placed during business hours are typically processed on the same day. Withdrawals placed outside of business hours for bank channels will be queued and processed on the next working day.

Payment terms you should know:

• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before the withdrawal can be processed
• bdtki reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal — this is part of standard KYC and anti-fraud procedures
• In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit or withdrawal, bdtki will investigate the transaction and correct any error as soon as reasonably practicable
• bdtki is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network issues outside of bdtki's control

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdtki may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offering and on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion.

bdtki reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to giving reasonable notice where practicable. Bonuses and promotional funds are non-transferable between accounts. The misuse of bonus offers, including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and potential account closure.

Standard bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn — the applicable rollover is stated on each offer
• Bonuses expire if the stated time limit lapses without the wagering requirement being met — expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically
• One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method — duplicate claims will be removed and the associated account reviewed
• bdtki reserves the right to amend the terms of any active bonus without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or system error affecting bonus balances

Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

All games available on bdtki are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose software has been independently tested and audited. The outcome of all casino games — including slots, live dealer table games, and crash games — is determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bdtki has no ability to influence game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that disrupts a game session, bdtki will investigate and apply the most equitable resolution available given the circumstances. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets placed for that round will be returned to the player's account. bdtki's decision on technical disputes is final pending any appeal process.

• Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures, are subject to the rules of the relevant sport's governing body — in cases of ambiguity, bdtki's interpretation of the result is final
• Bets are final once confirmed — bdtki does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of obvious pricing error at bdtki's sole discretion
• Maximum bet limits and stake restrictions may apply on specific markets, events, or game types — these will be displayed at the point of placing the bet
• bdtki reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of pricing errors

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtki. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable. bdtki takes fraud prevention and platform integrity seriously and monitors accounts continuously.

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or false identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity — bdtki reports suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bdtki support
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit, or otherwise interfere with bdtki's platform, software, APIs, or any connected third-party game systems

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on bdtki — including but not limited to logos, tr ademarks, design elements, text content, images, game assets displayed through the platform, and software interfaces — are the property of bdtki or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on bdtki without prior written consent.

You may not use bdtki's name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication, website, social media post, or marketing material without express written permission from bdtki. Any unauthorised use of bdtki's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gameplay; losses due to technical failures, interruptions, or downtime; or loss of data. bdtki's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtki makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and factors outside bdtki's control — including third-party service provider outages and internet connectivity issues — may result in temporary unavailability. bdtki will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

bdtki reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are posted on this page. Where changes are material, bdtki will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of bdtki following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using bdtki and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and consumer protection applicable to online gaming services.
